Voronoi is a Korean company making tablets that block specific cancer-driving enzymes, designed to reach the brain, where lung and breast cancers often spread. It has drugs in early trials for EGFR-mutant lung cancer and HER2-positive tumours.
Voronoi, Inc. discovers and develops selective small-molecule kinase inhibitors with its VORONOMICS design platform; its research centres are in Songdo, Incheon, Korea, with business and clinical development teams in Boston, and its press releases give its Korean stock code as 310210. VRN11 (VRN110755) is an oral EGFR-mutant-selective inhibitor that the company says covers common, uncommon and C797S resistance mutations and penetrates the brain; VRN10 (VRN101099) is a HER2-targeted inhibitor. The company presented phase 1 results for both at ESMO 2026. Its first registered cancer trial, NCT06806982, a phase 1 study of VRN101099 in HER2-positive solid tumours, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in February 2025; the phase 1/2 study of VRN110755 in EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NCT07699328) was posted in July 2026, although the registry gives its start as March 2024.
