Harbinger Health's blood test meant for the weeks between a doctor suspecting cancer and a diagnosis, pointing to where in the body a cancer may be; it is not offered as a screening test for well people.
Harbinger Health announced RESOLVE on 14 April 2026 as a new category aimed at the gap between suspicion of cancer and diagnosis, giving information on the cancer's tissue of origin, with first products expected to be commercially available in the second half of 2026 from its CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratory. Whether it had launched by 29 October 2026 could not be confirmed.
Harbinger's AACR 2026 posters (company release, 17 April 2026) describe a methylation-specific PCR assay at 97% specificity and a deep-learning model trained on more than 2,300 samples from the CORE-HH study (NCT05435066) that, at 98.5% specificity, raised sensitivity by 9.9 points overall, 6.5 at stage I and 17.6 at stage II; absolute figures were not given. No peer-reviewed paper and no number of cancer types were found. A prospective study, PROCARES (NCT07046260), is recruiting.
