A proton therapy centre in West Knoxville, Tennessee, bought by Covenant Health in 2022 from Provision CARES and run as part of its Thompson Cancer Survival Center.
Covenant Health announced on 19 July 2022 that it had bought the Provision CARES Proton Therapy Center in Knoxville, renamed it Covenant Health Proton Center, kept its staff, and made it part of the cancer services of Thompson Cancer Survival Center and the Covenant Cancer Network. The 2026 brochure lists brain and spine, gastrointestinal and oesophageal, breast, head and neck, lung, prostate and paediatric cancers, lymphoma and re-irradiation among the cancers treated, and states ASTRO APEx accreditation.
