Overview
Hematology/Oncology Clinics of North America is published by Elsevier six times a year, in February, April, June, August, October and December. Elsevier describes it as updating readers on trends in patient management and the newest advances, with each issue focused on a single topic under an experienced guest editor; topics include haemostasis and thrombosis, the molecular and cellular basis of haematology, coagulation disorders and cancers of the bone, gastrointestinal tract, head and neck, lymphomas, neuroendocrine tumours, breast, kidney and melanoma. The NLM Catalog records that it began in 1987 with W.B. Saunders, formed by the union of part of Clinics in Haematology with Clinics in Oncology, and is indexed in MEDLINE.
