Overview
Molecular Oncology is an open access journal owned by the Federation of European Biochemical Societies (FEBS) and published by Wiley as one of the FEBS Press titles, with Kevin Ryan as Editor-in-Chief. The journal describes itself as covering basic, translational and clinical cancer research as well as cancer diagnosis, prevention and care, and FEBS lists diverse article formats including research articles, reviews and policy papers, a fast-track option, and affiliate status with the European Association for Cancer Research (EACR) and the EACS. It runs an annual writing competition launched on World Cancer Day and awards prizes for posters and short talks at key meetings.
