Overview
Neoplasma is published in Bratislava by AEPress, s.r.o. and edited by the Cancer Research Institute of the Biomedical Research Center of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, which also sponsors it; Ján Sedlák is Editor-in-Chief. The publisher states that the journal publishes articles on experimental and clinical oncology and cancer epidemiology, appearing six times a year in English, with an online version, ahead-of-print articles and an archive back to 2003 on the publisher's ELiS platform. Its editorial and advisory boards draw on institutions in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Belgium, Spain, Taiwan, China and the United States. NLM records the journal as starting in 1957 (print ISSN 0028-2685, electronic ISSN 1338-4317) and currently indexed in MEDLINE.
