- FGFR3 alterations (bladder cancer): FGFR3 is a growth-receptor gene mutated or fused in about a fifth of advanced bladder cancers and most low-grade early ones.
Tests and results to bring
Biomarker results to ask for: Clinical nodal stage (the strongest predictor in the international collaboration), Depth of invasion and location along the urethra, PD-L1, FGFR3 and nectin-4 as in bladder cancer, when systemic therapy is considered.
Bring copies of scan reports, pathology and blood results, and a list of every medicine and supplement.
