  • Carboplatin AUC 4 or above is classed as highly emetogenic by NCCN; three-drug prophylaxis including an NK1 antagonist.
  • RUBY: dostarlimab 500 mg every 3 weeks × 6 then 1,000 mg every 6 weeks up to 3 years. NRG-GY018: pembrolizumab 200 mg every 3 weeks × 6 then 400 mg every 6 weeks.
