Osimertinib
Checked 2026-09-09
EGFR ex19del or L858R NSCLC: first line metastatic (FLAURA), adjuvant for 3 years after resection (ADAURA), after chemoradiation (LAURA)
One cycle
every 28 daysComponents
| Drug | Dose | Route | Days | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Osimertinib Small-molecule kinase inhibitor (EGFR) | 80 mg once daily | Oral | D1-28 |
Cycles
until progression; 3 years adjuvant
28-day cycle
Emetogenicity
Minimal (<10%)
G-CSF
Not routine
Notes
- FLAURA2 adds pemetrexed-platinum × 4 then pemetrexed maintenance for a PFS gain at the cost of chemotherapy toxicity.
- QTc and LVEF monitoring; strong CYP3A inducers reduce exposure.
