Notes

  • Cumulative doxorubicin 240 mg/m²; pegfilgrastim on day 2 of each AC cycle is what makes the 14-day schedule possible.
  • Weekly paclitaxel × 12 (ECOG E1199) is at least as effective as every-2-week dosing with less neuropathy.
