Notes

  • Oxaliplatin neuropathy is cumulative; IDEA showed 3 months of CAPOX is non-inferior for low-risk stage III (T1-3 N1).
  • Bevacizumab 5 mg/kg or an anti-EGFR antibody is added on day 1 in metastatic disease by RAS/BRAF status and sidedness.
