AlphaGenome

Reads a million letters of DNA at once and predicts how a mutation changes gene regulation, splicing and chromatin.

AlphaGenome launched as a preview API in June 2025, with the Nature paper following in January 2026. It unifies many regulatory prediction tasks at single-base resolution; relevant to non-coding driver interpretation.
