Two very large trials testing whether an oral SERD should replace today's adjuvant hormone pills, either from the start or as a switch.
CAMBRIA-1 (~4,300) switches patients after 2-5 years of standard ET; CAMBRIA-2 (~5,500) randomises upfront for 7 years, with abemaciclib permitted in both arms. Results awaited; lidERA (giredestrant) has already reported positive.
