MEVPRO-1
MEVPRO-1 is the phase 3 trial of the first EZH2 inhibitor combination in prostate cancer.
MEVPRO-1 enrols about 600 men in an open-label design with rPFS as the primary endpoint; the first patient was dosed in October 2024 and completion is projected for 2028. MEVPRO-2 (double-blind) and MEVPRO-3 (mCSPC) run in parallel.
