Niraparib is studied with radiation after breast surgery. The study is active but is not accepting new participants.
Registry status active not recruiting, last updated 2026-06-17. Enrollment is 21 actual. Residual non-metastatic TNBC after definitive surgery, with planned postoperative radiation. The registry requires residual invasive disease after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, or at least 1 cm for surgery-first patients, performance status and organ-function gates, and discontinuation of cytotoxic, immune and biologic treatment before RT. This phase 1 safety strategy does not establish recurrence prevention or current access.
