De-escalation Immunotherapy mAintenance Duration Trial for Stage IV Lung Cancer Patients With Disease Control After Chemo-immunotherapy Induction is a phase 2/3, randomised interventional study registered as NCT05255302 by Intergroupe Francophone de Cancerologie Thoracique, with a registry enrolment figure of 1360 participants, started 2022-05-02 and due to reach its primary completion in 2025-05. Interventions recorded: Pembrolizumab before randomization; Chemotherapy; Pemetrexed; Pembrolizumab after randomization. Conditions listed: Metastatic NSCLC.
