Reinforced Pancreaticojejunostomy With or Without glubran2 is a phase 2, randomised interventional study registered as NCT06756074 by Minia University, with a registry enrolment figure of 100 participants, started 2025-01-15 and due to reach its primary completion in 2026-04-15. Interventions recorded: Reinforced pancreaticojejunostomy with tissue adhesive glue modified cyanoacrylate (glubran 2); Pancreaticojejunostomy without tissue adhesive glue modified cyanoacrylate (glubran 2). Conditions listed: Pancreatic Fistula; Pancreas Cancer; Periampullary Carcinoma; Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma. Primary outcome: the rate of Postoperative pancreatic fistula within 2 weeks after operation.
