Phase II Clinical Trial of Cadonilimab Combined With Anti-angiogenic Agents in Metastatic dMMR/MSI-H CRC is a phase 2, interventional study registered as NCT07003022 by Fudan University, with a registry enrolment figure of 40 participants, started 2025-06-01 and due to reach its primary completion in 2027-05-01. Interventions recorded: cadonilimab combined with an anti-angiogenic agent, which is selected by the investigator from bevacizumab, regorafenib, or fruquintinib..
