Neoadjuvant CAPOX Plus Tislelizumab vs CAPOX in MSS High-Risk Locally Advanced Colon Cancer is a phase 3, randomised interventional study registered as NCT07132008 by First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, with a registry enrolment figure of 94 participants, started 2025-10-01 and due to reach its primary completion in 2027-09-30.
