Study of Izalontamab Brengitecan (BMS-986507) in Combination With Osimertinib Versus Osimertinib Monotherapy or Osimertinib in Combination With Platinum-based Chemotherapy for EGFRmt Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (IZABRIGHT-Lung02) is a phase 3, randomised interventional study registered as NCT07680790 by Bristol-Myers Squibb, with a registry enrolment figure of 850 participants, started 2026-09-30 and due to reach its primary completion in 2031-12-30.
