TROPION-Breast03
TROPION-Breast03 is the Dato-DXd counterpart to ASCENT-05: an ADC, with or without immunotherapy, for triple-negative patients with leftover cancer at surgery.
Three-arm phase 3 (randomised 2:1:2): Dato-DXd 6 mg/kg q3w for eight cycles plus durvalumab for nine cycles, Dato-DXd alone, or investigator's choice. Primary endpoint invasive disease-free survival. Registry estimated primary completion is 20 September 2027.
