Overview
3D Medicines, headquartered in Sichuan with research in Shanghai and listed in Hong Kong since 2022, develops immuno-oncology antibodies. With Alphamab Oncology and Tracon it brought envafolimab (KN035), a single-domain PD-L1 antibody given by subcutaneous injection, to approval in China in November 2021 for previously treated MSI-high or dMMR advanced solid tumours, and it runs phase 3 trials of the drug in combination with chemotherapy.
