Vebreltinib (APL-101, bozitinib), a selective MET inhibitor, is approved in China for MET exon 14 skipping non-small-cell lung cancer via Avistone; the phase 3 trial of uproleselan, an E-selectin antagonist licensed from GlycoMimetics, with chemotherapy in relapsed acute myeloid leukaemia missed its survival endpoint in 2024.
