Canopy provides an enterprise platform for oncology practices to manage care between visits. Core modules are electronic patient reported outcomes for remote symptom monitoring, AI native triage that prioritises incoming patient requests for nursing teams, and care coordination programmes such as Chronic Care Management and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring that generate reimbursable activity. The company says more than a dozen large oncology practices use it, including Texas Oncology and New York Cancer and Blood Specialists, and cites peer reviewed results including a 22 percent reduction in emergency room visits and 93 percent faster resolution of patient requests. Canopy was founded in 2018 by Lavi Kwiatkowsky and is based at 228 Park Avenue South, New York. No funding round or investor could be sourced from a primary document during this research.
