Chengdu New Radiomedicine Technology is a Chinese company that makes medical radioisotopes and radioactive cancer medicines. It is testing a FAP-targeted scan agent and treatment in advanced solid tumours, and a radioactive treatment given with chemotherapy in pancreatic cancer.
Chengdu New Radiomedicine Technology Co., Ltd. (成都纽瑞特医疗科技股份有限公司, NRT Medtech) was founded in 2016 in Shuangliu, Chengdu, according to the company, and works across the radiopharmaceutical chain: medical isotope production (including yttrium-90, lutetium-177 and actinium-225, and a germanium-68/gallium-68 generator), radioactive microsphere drugs built on its own carbon microsphere carrier, and radioligand therapy. Its marketed products include yttrium-90 carbon microsphere injection. The NRT6020 programme targets fibroblast activation protein (FAP) and pairs gallium-68 for PET imaging with lutetium-177 and yttrium-90 for therapy; China's CDE cleared 90Y-NRT6020 for clinical study in October 2026. The company has subsidiaries in Australia and the United States and began IPO tutoring in 2025. Its first registered cancer trial, NCT06278454, a phase 1 dose-escalation and expansion study of NRT6008 injection with gemcitabine-nab-paclitaxel or FOLFIRINOX chemotherapy in unresectable locally advanced or node-positive advanced pancreatic cancer, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in February 2024. NCT06911489, a phase 1 study of 68Ga-NRT6020 and 177Lu-NRT6020 in FAP-positive advanced solid tumours, was posted in April 2025.
