Overview
FibroGen, listed on Nasdaq, built its pipeline on connective tissue growth factor biology and on the anaemia drug roxadustat. Pamrevlumab was its oncology bet, tested in locally advanced pancreatic cancer in the LAPIS trial and in a Precision Promise arm; both were negative in 2024, and the programme was discontinued.
