Overview
LAPIS randomised patients with locally advanced, unresectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma to pamrevlumab or placebo with either gemcitabine plus nab-paclitaxel or FOLFIRINOX, with the aim of increasing resection and survival. FibroGen reported in 2024 that the trial did not meet its primary overall survival endpoint.
