Overview
Founders Fund was founded in July 2005 by Peter Thiel, Ken Howery and Luke Nosek and is based at the Letterman Digital Arts Center in San Francisco (Wikipedia). It invests from seed to late stage in companies pursuing 'hard' technology and has historically been generalist, with occasional biotech investments.
