Overview
Immunai, founded in December 2018 and headquartered in New York with offices in Tel Aviv, Prague and Zurich, has built AMICA, described as the world's largest harmonised single-cell immune database. Its workflow generates single-cell multi-omic data from patient samples, augments it with AMICA, applies machine learning and then validates findings functionally to deliver target discovery, preclinical evaluation and clinical trial optimisation for pharmaceutical partners. The acquisition of Nebion's curated datasets broadened its application to inflammatory and oncological research. Partnerships include AstraZeneca, which expanded an AI oncology collaboration with Immunai in May 2026, and Teva. The company names KDT and Alexandria Venture Investments among its leading investors; its large private financing rounds could not be sourced from fetched pages.
