Janux Therapeutics
Janux makes 'masked' T-cell engager antibodies that stay inactive in the bloodstream and switch on only inside tumours, aiming to cut the side effects that limit this drug class. Its lead programmes target PSMA in advanced prostate cancer.
Overview
Janux Therapeutics develops tumour-activated T-cell engagers using its TRACTr (T cell engager) and TRACIr (co-stimulatory) platforms, plus the ARM platform for autoimmune disease. JANX007 is a PSMA-TRACTr in a phase 1b trial in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, with dose optimisation in taxane-naive patients and an expansion cohort combining it with darolutamide. JANX014, a double-masked PSMA-TRACTr, is in phase 1 in the same setting, and JANX013, a PSMA-targeted CD28 co-stimulatory TRACIr, is expected to enter the clinic in the second half of 2026. JANX011 (CD19-ARM) is in a phase 1 healthy volunteer study for autoimmune disease. Janux listed on Nasdaq in June 2021, raising about $223 million, and reported $970.9 million in cash and short-term investments at 30 June 2026.
