Cullinan Therapeutics
Cullinan develops T-cell engager antibodies, which pull a patient's T cells onto target cells, for both cancer and autoimmune disease. Its cancer lead, CLN-049, targets FLT3 on acute myeloid leukaemia cells and is entering a potentially registrational trial.
Overview
Cullinan Therapeutics is a Cambridge, Massachusetts clinical-stage company advancing T-cell engagers (TCEs) in autoimmune disease and cancer. In oncology, CLN-049 is a FLT3xCD3 TCE for relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukaemia; after a positive End-of-Phase 1 meeting with the FDA in July 2026 a potentially registrational phase 2 study is due to begin in the third quarter of 2026. Autoimmune programmes include CLN-978 (CD19xCD3 TCE) in lupus, rheumatoid arthritis and Sjogren's disease, and velinotamig (BCMAxCD3 TCE) in lupus, with phase 2 expansion studies planned for early 2027. The company reported $356 million in cash and investments at 30 June 2026 with runway into 2029. Nasdaq: CGEM.
