Overview
Ajai Chari was principal investigator and first author of MonumenTAL-1, the trial that established the GPRC5DxCD3 bispecific talquetamab in relapsed myeloma and validated a target beyond BCMA. He has led studies of subcutaneous daratumumab, selinexor and real-world outcomes in myeloma and directs the myeloma programme at UCSF after many years at Mount Sinai.
