Overview
Ola Landgren led the prospective studies showing that monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance precedes virtually every case of multiple myeloma, defining the disease's precursor states, and now leads MRD-driven trials such as MANHATTAN and the daratumumab-KRd studies that achieve MRD negativity in most patients without transplant. He co-leads the international effort that made MRD an FDA-accepted endpoint.
