Blood is the American Society of Hematology's flagship journal, covering leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and transplant biology and trials, plus the ASH annual meeting abstracts.

Blood appears weekly and publishes the science and phase 2 trials of blood cancers (venetoclax, CAR-T, bispecifics, MRD methods), the ASH abstract supplement each November, and 'How I Treat' expert reviews that shape practice. Hybrid access; articles free after 12 months. Sister titles are Blood Advances (open access) and Blood Neoplasia.
