Consensus proposal from the International Society for Cutaneous Lymphomas and the EORTC cutaneous lymphoma task force revising the tumour, node, metastasis and blood (TNMB) classification, defining blood involvement classes B0 to B2, patch/plaque/tumour skin classes and clinical stages IA to IVB.
