Tao Cheng (程涛) is President and Institute Director (所院长) of the Institute of Hematology and Blood Diseases Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (IHCAMS) in Tianjin, and an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
