Eytan M. Stein
Led the enasidenib and revumenib trials that brought IDH2 and menin inhibitors to acute leukaemia.
Overview
Eytan Stein led the first-in-human trial of the IDH2 inhibitor enasidenib, which won approval for relapsed IDH2-mutant AML, and was a lead investigator of AUGMENT-101, the trial establishing the menin inhibitor revumenib for KMT2A-rearranged and NPM1-mutant acute leukaemia. He heads the leukaemia service at MSKCC and directs early-phase leukaemia drug development.
