Overview
Nicola Gökbuget leads the German Multicenter Study Group for Adult ALL (GMALL), whose trials defined risk-adapted therapy and MRD-guided treatment in adult ALL, and was principal investigator of the BLAST trial showing blinatumomab converts most MRD-positive patients to MRD-negative with improved survival, the basis for its MRD indication. She co-authored the European guidelines on adult ALL.
