Overview
Elias Jabbour led the MD Anderson regimens combining low-intensity chemotherapy with inotuzumab ozogamicin and blinatumomab in older adults with ALL, and the chemotherapy-free ponatinib plus blinatumomab regimen for Philadelphia-positive ALL, which produce complete molecular remissions in most patients and challenge the need for transplant. He was senior author of INO-VATE and leads adult ALL research at MD Anderson.
