Raajit Rampal directs the myeloproliferative neoplasms programme at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He was the global lead investigator and first author of the primary report of MANIFEST-2, the phase 3 trial of pelabresib plus ruxolitinib against placebo plus ruxolitinib in JAK inhibitor-naive myelofibrosis, which met its spleen-volume primary endpoint. His research covers the genetics of progression from chronic myeloproliferative neoplasms to acute leukaemia.
