Overview
Sagar Lonial led SIRIUS, the trial that won daratumumab its first approval as monotherapy in relapsed myeloma, and DREAMM-2, the pivotal trial of belantamab mafodotin, the first BCMA-directed ADC. He has led the Emory series showing near-universal deep responses to RVd induction and chairs the myeloma committee of the SWOG cooperative group.
