Overview
Noopur Raje led the first-in-human trial of bb2121 (idecabtagene vicleucel), which showed deep responses in heavily pretreated myeloma and launched BCMA-directed CAR-T therapy, and the trial establishing denosumab as an alternative to zoledronic acid for myeloma bone disease. She directs the myeloma centre at MGH and leads trials of bispecifics and next-generation cell therapies.
