Overview
Michael Dickinson was principal investigator and first author of the pivotal phase 2 trial of glofitamab, the CD20xCD3 bispecific antibody that produces durable complete remissions in about 40% of patients with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma after two or more lines, including after CAR-T, leading to its approval. He leads bispecific and CAR-T trials at Peter Mac and the Australasian Leukaemia and Lymphoma Group aggressive lymphoma programme.
