Wyndham H. Wilson
Developed dose-adjusted EPOCH-R, the regimen that cures primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma without radiotherapy.
Overview
Wyndham Wilson developed the infusional dose-adjusted EPOCH regimen and showed that DA-EPOCH-R cures primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma in more than 90% of patients without radiotherapy, and led the NCI studies of ibrutinib in ABC-subtype DLBCL that linked molecular subtype to treatment response. He co-led the Alliance/CALGB 50303 trial comparing DA-EPOCH-R with R-CHOP and studies of Burkitt lymphoma with reduced-intensity therapy.
