Overview
Hervé Tilly (Rouen) was principal investigator and first author of POLARIX, which showed replacing vincristine with the CD79b ADC polatuzumab vedotin in R-CHOP reduces progression or death by 27% in previously untreated DLBCL. He has led LYSA trials for decades, including LNH03-6B in older patients, and chaired the ESMO DLBCL guidelines.
