Overview
Gilles Salles led PRIMA, the trial showing two years of rituximab maintenance prolongs remission in follicular lymphoma, and co-chaired POLARIX, which showed polatuzumab vedotin plus R-CHP improves progression-free survival over R-CHOP in DLBCL, the first new first-line regimen in two decades. He led the French LYSA group before moving to MSKCC and co-led the tafasitamab and mosunetuzumab programmes.
