Overview
Caron Jacobson leads the immune effector cell therapy programme at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She was first author of the 2022 Lancet Oncology report of ZUMA-5, the phase 2 trial in which axicabtagene ciloleucel produced high and durable response rates in relapsed or refractory indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma, the basis for its approval in follicular lymphoma. She also investigates CAR-T therapy in large B-cell lymphoma.
