Marengo Therapeutics
Marengo makes antibodies that selectively activate particular subsets of a patient's T cells by binding to part of the T-cell receptor, aiming for durable immune control of cancer. Its lead drug is in clinical trials in tumours with many mutations that have stopped responding to checkpoint drugs.

Marengo Therapeutics is a clinical-stage Cambridge, Massachusetts company developing TCR-targeting antibodies that selectively modulate T-cell subsets. Its STAR platform (precision T-cell agonist) bispecifics include invikafusp alfa, in clinical development as monotherapy in immune checkpoint blockade-resistant, tumour mutational burden-high tumours (START-001) and in an antibody-drug conjugate combination in breast cancer (START-002), plus partnered STAR programmes. The TriSTAR platform (precision T-cell engager) includes TriSTAR0701 targeting Nectin-4 for bladder and other cancers and several partnered candidates, and the MSTAR platform (precision T-cell depleter) is aimed at autoimmune disease.
