Marker Therapeutics
Marker grows a patient's own T cells that naturally recognise several tumour proteins at once, without genetic engineering, and gives them back as a treatment. Its lead product has shown responses in relapsed lymphoma and is moving into pancreatic cancer.
Overview
Marker Therapeutics is a Houston clinical-stage immuno-oncology company developing Multi-Antigen Recognizing (MAR)-T cell therapies, non-engineered T-cell products enriched for reactivity against several tumour-associated antigens. Lead candidate MT-601 is in the phase 1 APOLLO study in relapsed non-Hodgkin lymphoma, where an update reported a 66% objective response rate including 50% complete responses; lymphodepletion was shown to enhance MT-601 expansion and persistence, and the study moved into dose expansion in relapsed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with a further update expected in the second quarter of 2026. Baylor College of Medicine research published in Nature Medicine in early 2026 reported promising results with MAR-T cells in pancreatic cancer, and Marker plans a company-sponsored pancreatic cancer trial.
