NOBO Medicine develops treatments for blood cancers and inflammatory diseases linked to ageing of the immune system. Its cancer medicine, poseltinib, a drug that blocks the BTK protein, is in an early trial in Korea for non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or not responded to treatment.
NOBO Medicine, Inc., at The Liv Sejong Tower, 126 Achasan-ro, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, South Korea, was established in October 2017 as Genome Opinion and renamed NOBO Medicine in March 2024, according to the company. It develops therapies aimed at clonal haematopoiesis and immune ageing, using biomarker-led patient selection and its NOBO_VERSE database, for haematological cancers and chronic inflammatory diseases. It in-licensed poseltinib, a BTK inhibitor, in April 2024, received Korean orphan drug designation for poseltinib in primary central nervous system lymphoma in February 2025, and also acquired emricasan for inflammatory disease in December 2023. Its history lists Project 201, begun with Hanmi Pharmaceutical in October 2021, and Korean IND approvals for Projects 202 (September 2024) and 203 (July 2025). The registered phase 1 trial tests NB02 (poseltinib) monotherapy in relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NCT07114367). Its first-ever registry study, NCT06737250, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in December 2024; its first registered cancer trial confirmed in the registry data read, NCT07114367, was posted in August 2025. The company reports closing a Series A in May 2019 and a Series B in December 2022.
